Yeah, I am still alive

Hello folks,

 I am so very sorry that I have not written since last year..but let me tell you, what an awful  7 months it has been..a lot has happened, the stress was awful, all building up to my having health problems, the cancer is active again, and I have just been through 2 rounds of radiation, plus I am going to have surgery on my spine and neck, they need to put a steal plate and steel cage box to hold the spine and neck up..not sure when I am having this done, was going to have it done, had pre-surgery and everything, but the night before they said they had to take care of my left leg first..I can'y walk on it, went through the radiation, but didn't seem to work, as I still can't walk..short distances I can use a crutch, any more than a trip to the bathroom, I need the wheelchair..so pray this gets better and soon, I see my oncologist tomorrow..I will try and get on here tomorrow to let you know the plan.  To be honest, I have had so much trouble getting on here to post, it was always too hard to get on, so I just would give up.  I am on facebook daily..to find me I am under   sue schutte king.....You will see a picture of Bob and I.  Bob and I are fine, holding up, Mannesa is like a weed, she id so big and really funny  she cracks us up.  little Jacob is getting real big also, but we don't get to see him very much  :(

well, now that I found how to log in to blog again, I will try and get here more often.  I have missed you all!  If your on face book, find me.

Hello All!

 Just a note to let you all know I am still alive, and survived the Horse ride, though I messed up my back pretty bad!  All my pictures are on my other laptop, which is not working right now. I will fill you in when I get the pictures back.  Christmas was O.K., Lots of fun with the grand kids!  Looks like Bob is going to have to find a job this year, as we got hit with some unexpected bills  totaling over 5,000 (Not credit cards..LoL) Plus we have taxes on our house this coming month...we are just beyond broke.  We had hoped that Bob wouldn't have to get an outside job, but no one is buying on e-bay so that income is now gone..that is what kept us afloat...sigh...I need a drink..LoL

 Well, I just pray this new year is better.. Anyone want a free timeshare? just pay closing cost and transfer it in your name..the timeshare is paid off. We just can't go anywhere anymore, even if the place to stay is "free"..we are going to Gatlinburg Friday to use our timeshare..but we did not use it at all last year..its yours if you want it! LMK if you want more info.

Hello all,

 Wow, I got a lot of comments on my last post..loL

I do need to clear something up.  Jacob was born to my other son Chris, Ryan is my youngest.  So, Jacob is Mannesa's cousin. Just thought I would clear that up.

I am not feeling well today, I will get into all the drama when:

1.) I feel better

2.) We leave tomorrow to go to MD. For my Friesian Horse ride (See post below about the horses) Pray I do not fall off, or break any bones...or throw my back out.  It is still worth the risk to me.:o)

I just wish we could take Mannesa with us, as she loves horses as much as her Grammy!!

I miss talking to you all!  Please pray for me and Bob.  We both need a vacation real bad.  But the Horse ride is not cheap, so we had to cancel the rest of our trip up to N.J. to see friends because we are just too broke.  E-bay sucks right now and we do not have that extra income coming in. Maybe things will pick up now that Christmas is around the corner.

I sure hope so!!!  Christmas is gonna be very lean this year, thank God I had already bought most of mannesa's Christmas presents already. Now I need to pick up a few things for Jacob..the parents are gonna have to wing it this year.  I know it is only 11:00 in the morning,but I need a drink!  (Only kidding, I really don't drink....a valium would work....LoL

well my friends, we leave tomorrow after my shrink appt.  and go riding at 11:00 Friday morning. I will have my laptop with me and camera, so I will post after our ride, if I am not in a body cast or anything...LOL

I Love you guys for listening to me. I just feel in the dumps...will need to tell you all why later... has to do with Jacob and other stuff .....O.K., maybe 2 valium!

I am a Grandma again!  Lets welcome our new grandson

Jacob Arrent King!

Jacob was born on Halloween.....so cool!

But not just born on October 31st

But when My son took his wife to the Hosp. They told them she was not in labor, and she had a ways to go yet. So they were sent home.

Well, 2 hours later, Chris, My son, Delivered Jacob at home by himself while waiting for the EMS guys to get there.!!

So my son, all by himself, alone except for his wife of course..LOL  took control, and delivered his son into this world.

The EMS guys got there and were impressed on how well Chris did, and that he knew what to do so Michele did not tear as bad as she would have had Chris did not know what to do.

Chris had taken a course on how to deliver a baby in case of emergency..Best 245.00 he ever spent!!!

They are all resting at the Hosp and are doing very well.

I only have a "few" pictures, since when we got here, I found my camera was dead.

So we went out to buy some batteries, but tomorrow, I will take a bunch more..Lol

Hello guys,

 I had a Fun weekend!  Jenna's dads church had a picnic..so Bob and I and Jenna and her dad and Mannesa-ANN went to the picnic...and guess what I got to do?????

Mannesa-ANN and I got to ride a horse!!!!

Mannesa was soooo excited, the whole walk down to the horse , she was pulling me , making horse sounds at the top of  her lungs..I was laughing so hard..I wish I had a video camera!

The whole ride, Mannesa was yelling "Hi Ho Silver!"  LoL She Loves Horsy as much as her Grammy, thats for sure..LOL

I can not tell you how  GREAT it felt to be on a Horse again, even though it was lead and just at a walk. I have missed that so Much!! I am really looking forward to my Friesian ride in November!

All was going great until it was time to get off the horse.......

Mannesa was none too happy about getting off the horse....Me,well lets just say...

I was none too happy about that , let me tell you...LOL

Other than Jennas dad grabbing my butt, all was a  good  day!

We really did have a great time...Mannesa slept like a log that night..she was so tired!

well, thats it for tonight. I am tired...alot going in on right now and I am just wiped out!
